Hello, I am 67 years old, married to Adriana and father of three children: Vinicius, Thiago and Adriana. Over almost two decades of dedication to the study of ethics and morals, I have become an expert in this field. I am a consultant, teacher, writer and a master's student in Philosophy for Children.

My academic background includes a postgraduate degree in Philosophy and Philosophy Teaching, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. In addition, I hold an MBA in Educational Management and a degree in Social Communication.

My professional career includes the position of CEO and director in several national and international companies. Today, I am a partner at 7S Projetos | Xiko Acis Co., a consultancy with over 22 years of experience, focused on the development and improvement of organizational repertoire.

My expertise lies in promoting ethical and moral culture in organizations, essential pillars for the well-being and development of humanity. I deeply believe that without solid ethics and solid moral principles as guides, our progress will be limited.
